TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE COLLECTION OF A PRODUCT

 1. The chair must be folded in its original box, if you do not have this box will be used one of similar dimensions, if you do not know how to fold the chair or the folding mechanism is broken, let us know and we will tell you how to fold it manually. 

2. The box must not contain any element of the buggy that is not necessary for its repair, i.e. bonnets, bumper bar, drink holders, rain covers, etc. 

3. If point 2 is not followed, the company is not responsible for these items. 

4. Baby Monsters strollers s.l. is the only person who will authorise the addition of any complement to the buggy in order to verify its condition. 

5. The company is not responsible for transport collection times, as this does not depend on our management. 

6. Transport costs under guarantee are completely free of charge. If it is not a guarantee, the cost will be 20€ corresponding to the shipping and return of the product. 

7. Remember that if you are not at home at the time of collection and must proceed to a second collection you will have to assume the transport penalty costs of 3 €.

HOW TO MAKE A LABEL TO ATTACH TO THE BOX  

1. When you receive this informative email, you will receive a PDF with all your details, please check that they are correct, if not please let us know. 

2. Once I receive this email we will proceed within 24 hours to collect the box. 

3. You must print the attached PDF and insert it into the box.

4. If you do not have a printer, please fill in the same information that is attached in the PDF with a felt-tip pen in capital letters and insert it into the box.
