The warranty for our strollers and accessories is subject to the following conditions:
- As specified on the purchase receipt, the manufacturer's warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase, whether it is for the product, a spare part, or a repaired product.
- This manufacturer's warranty applies only in the region/country where the product was purchased.
- This warranty is only applicable to a product intended for private use.
- Unless our after-sales department considers a product exchange or return, the transportation costs and risks to and from the point of sale will be borne by BABY MONSTERS.
- We reserve the right to discontinue manufacturing a model, color, fabric, or accessory. During the warranty period, replacements for consumers will be for an equivalent product, color, or fabric. BABY MONSTERS also reserves the right to replace a complete chassis or provide replacement parts in the form of reconditioned pieces.
- The warranty is not transferable, and only the original owner can claim it.
- Repairing a product does not extend the original warranty, which remains valid as indicated on the purchase receipt.
- To make a claim under this manufacturer's warranty, you will need to provide us with the following:
- A copy of the purchase receipt with the date.
- A clear description of the claim.
- Photos of the defective part or product.
WHAT DOES THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY COVER?
Our product warranty covers the following:
- All manufacturing defects in the chassis, structure, and wheels.
- All manufacturing defects in the adapters.
- All parts of your stroller's harness.
- Seam strength of the fabric.
THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALID UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
- If you or a third party have made any modifications or repairs without obtaining our prior written authorization.
- Defects due to negligence, accident, or any use or maintenance other than that specified in the instruction manual.
- If the serial number is damaged or erased.
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by (improper) use of accessories or other products attached to the original BABY MONSTERS product.
- Damage due to daily wear and tear on fabric components, including fading or scratches on the frame.
- Incorrect assembly or installation of parts by third parties not compatible with the product.
- Misuse or mishandling, contact with liquids, accidental or unintentional damage.
- Inadequate product storage/maintenance.
- Damage to the handlebar or upholstery caused by regular product use.
- Breaks or tears in the wheels.
- Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the user manual.
- Damage from repairs performed by unauthorized individuals or improper disassembly of the product.
- Damage from airline or other transportation. Please thoroughly inspect your product after airline (or other carrier) shipping and immediately file a claim with the airline if any damage is detected.
- Customer dissatisfaction with the fit, weight, functionality, color, or design of the product.
Keep the purchase receipt in a safe place and make a copy of it. The manufacturer's warranty period for this product is 24 months from the purchase date indicated on the purchase receipt.
